Over the years, we have gained much experience in work and conduct these types of work areas and having attended training and obtained the certificates for the courses described below. Our staff at "Chiaro Costruzioni srl." have completed Training Courses provided for by the State-Regions Agreement for our company's field of operation, and also for their specific duties pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008. They have also completed a Training Course for working in Confined Spaces, provided for in accordance with Italian Presidential Decree 177/2011. When we begin at a new construction site, the workers attend a training and information meeting regarding the provisions laid out in the Consolidated Safety Law Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 for that specific construction site. Newly hired workers are also instructed in this way, with particular regard to the risks relating to the Company's business and their duties. All workers are given PPE and their use is recommended. Furthermore, when a construction site is opened, the Construction Site Manager in charge of Safety and the Foreman hold a meeting with all the workers employed at the construction site to outline the planned works and to specify in detail all the risks of the work and the relative preventative measures that must be taken. Either weekly, at the beginning of a new project, or when it becomes necessary, the Site Manager will hold a meeting with all the workers to update them on the status of the work and to remind them about preventative measures and the use of PPE.  For each group or team of workers, our company "Chiaro Costruzioni srl Unipersonale" makes sure that an assistant or foreman is always present and must be with the work group at all times, and must be available to give the Site Manager for any information regarding safety or operations agreed with the Management of the Construction site and / or Works Management, agreeing and managing the risks associated with the work.
